Please register the following sail royalty tag tracking numbers to identify the sails I agree
to race the above J/24 with during the 2010 J/24 Texas Circuit season. I understand that
registering these sail royalty tag tracking numbers is for purposes of enforcing Class Rule
3.6.1. I further understand that if I wish to replace any currently registered sails at a
subsequent circuit stop regatta that I am required to submit a new completed 2010 J/24
Texas Circuit Sail Royalty Tag Tracking Form to the 2010 USJCA District 14 Governor
before registration closes for the circuit stop regatta I intend to use the replacement sail(s)
at. I agree that failure to do so will be grounds for disqualification from the circuit stop
regatta I replaced one or more sails at if I am protested for such by a competitor at said
regatta per Class Rule 3.6.1.
